HUNTINGTON BEACH...This week we'll continue our search to know about the people whose signs you may have seen on your neighborhood street corners that advertises an open house for sale or even who may have sold you your dream home in Huntington Beach.
This week's agent/broker Brian Frederick was born over 3000 miles away in Baltimore, Maryland. His father was a doctor and his mother was an executive secretary. Brian received his early schooling there.
In this youth, Brian became interested in real estate and always wanted to become involved in that business.
He would earn extra money cutting lawns and would become a trainee in the hotel business. It was when in the hotel business that Brian really knew that real state was his calling.
Coming to Huntington Beach in 1983 Brian would continue his education where he received his Associate of Arts degree from Long Beach City College.
In 1991 Brian received his Real Estate license and would later get his Real Estate Broker's license. It was hard to put into words how excited Brian felt when he made his first sale. Brian handles many of the higher end listings in the harbour and downtown areas of Huntington Beach.
Brian is a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.
Although single, he cares for his dogs, Higgins, Hunter, Brownie and Bubbles and his two cats Tiger and Sunshire.
Today Brian lives in Belmont Shore, but travels to Huntington Beach where he has an office with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Campbell Realtors 1720 Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach. Phone 562-208-7181.
