Getting to know Real Estate Agents

HUNTINGTON BEACH...This week we'll continue to get to know the people whose signs you see may have seen on neighborhood street corners advertising an open house for sale or who may have sold you your dream home in Huntington Beach.
This week we are privileged to know two Realtors who are not only partners in the business, but also very good friends, Erin Nuzzo and Marina Parker.
Erin Nuzzo came to Huntington Beach with her family when she was two-years-old and raised in Huntington Beach. She attended Edison High School and after her graduation from Edison, Nuzzo continued her education at Cal State Fullerton where she studied Business Administration.
Erin's father John Warde was a Realtor since 1975 and it was a natural for Erin to follow into real estate after college.
During this time Erin has worked at First Team Reality before joining Coldwell Bankers.
She is the mother of three children and admits that she loves what she does and Surf City too.
It was during this time that she met Marina Parker and would become business partners.
Marina was born in Colombia, South America before coming to the United States.
Five years ago Marina learned the ins and outs about selling real estate from Erin and a close friendship began.
"Real estate is my passion. Let me help you in selling your home, buying a home or investing in real estate properties," said Marina.
Marina Parker has associated with the Huntington Beach office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as an affiliate agent. She comes to the office with years of real estate experience.
A little over a year ago the two joined together to form Marina and Erin Realtors at Coldwell Bankers Residential Brokerage office at 2130 Main Street #150 in the Seacliff Business Center.
