HUNTINGTON BEACH...This week we'll continue to get to know the people whose signs you may have seen along your neighborhood street corners that advertises an open house for sale or even who may have even sold you your dream home in Huntington Beach.

This week we will get a chance to know two Huntington Beach real estate agents Tracy and Andreea and their chance meeting of these two people born thousands of miles apart would form a bond of friendship through real estate that has lasted nearly twenty years.

It was in Ohio that Tracy Gurzi was born in a family of four children, Tracy and her three sisters in Midwest America.

Andreea Stucker was born in Romania as an only child. When Andreea was five, her family came to the United States.

Growing up in America, the two youngsters had no thoughts of becoming real estate agents, Tracy dreamed about becoming a famous fashion designer and Andreea wanted to be a race car driver or a model, until she found how much work is involved in becoming a high-class model.

As the two young ladies entered the business world, Tracy's first real employment here in Surf City USA was with Pioneer Chicken and would later spend many years working for a top designer in Los Angeles in sales and merchandising.

While Andreea would graduate from UCLA with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and worked for the Gallop Organization as a Support Assistant.

Getting into the real estate business was easier for Tracy. Her mother Lynn Anderson was a top real estate agent here in Huntington Beach for 30 years and who would teach her the business.

Andreea on the other hand got into the real estate business by chance.

One day Andreea was having a yard sale and was hoping to sell her old boyfriend's CD player when a friend, Jo Ann Hawley came over with some donuts and Hawley began to interest Andreea in the fun of being in the real estate business and showing all these beautiful homes.

Having now received their real estate licenses and 18 years ago they both joined the First Team Real Estate team and later both would become a part of the Re/Max Terrasol team and a bond of friendship was beginning.

Today the two are part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Global Luxury group in the Seacliff Business complex at Main Street and Yorktown Avenue.

Both ladies some times wished they had the magical powers to just snap their fingers and all those real estate signs would magically appear around each property their offering.

Tracy is the mother of two children, Griffin and Cameron lives in Huntington Beach, while Andreea has three, Andrew, Ella and Brooklyn, along with a pit bull named Gus the Bus and living in Newport Beach.

Hiking and attending live music concerts are what they both enjoy doing when each can find the spare time.

Both have earned many awards in their 18 years as agents including Top 10 Producers, Executive Club Members, Platinum Club Members, 100% Club Members.
